About Kairo
The quieter work is often the work that changes everything.
Kairo Health exists for healthcare providers that need a more accountable way to manage the non-clinical work around referral, admission, discharge, and the transition to the next setting.
Talk with KairoOur story
Experience in post-acute coordination. A dedicated team for the work ahead.
Kairo's founders built and run a care coordination program that operates across 12 states, averaging more than 1,000 patients coordinated, 13,000 outreach calls and 12,000 visits scheduled each month. Kairo brings that operating model to hospitals and post-acute providers with its own dedicated team.
The work is deliberately non-clinical: defined coordination, approved communication, workflow follow-through, and reliable escalation back to the people responsible for care. Kairo brings that operational discipline to hospitals and post-acute providers without asking them to change who owns the clinical decision.
Operating activity of a care coordination program built and run by Kairo's founding team, averaged over August–September 2026 and rounded to the nearest whole number. These are activity measures, not clinical outcomes, and not results of Kairo client engagements.

A dedicated team, with defined oversight and clear accountability.
Each client engagement defines the team, approved systems, access model, role boundaries, and escalation path before live work begins.
